Farmer's Market applications:
- A Wisconsin Sellers Permit is required with all applications.
- Cranfest reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on space available or merchandise sold.
- A copy of your liability insurance covering your rented booth spaces must be in the Cranfest Office prior to setup. This may be mailed or faxed to Cranfest. For more insurance information, click here.
