Each recipe must contain fresh or processed cranberries. Recipes containing fresh and fresh
frozen berries are included in the fresh cranberry division. Recipes containing commercially prepared cranberry products, for example juices, relishes, sauces, craisins, etc. are included in the processed cranberry division.
Six top prizes of $100, $75 and $50 savings bonds, sponsored by the Farmers & Merchants Bank of Tomah and Warrens, will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners in both the fresh and processed cranberry recipe divisions. Kitchen Craft/West Bend will award one of its products to each winner.
All entries must be submitted according to the official rules to qualify for the contest. Anyone wishing to participate may obtain complete contest rules by contacting the Warrens Cranberry Festival Office at 608-378-4200 or office@cranfest.com. All entries must be postmarked by midnight, June 1, 2010.
The Wisconsin Cranberry Recipe Contest will be part of the 38th annual Warrens Cranberry Festival to be held September 24-26, 2010.
