2010 Vegetable Contest & Sunflower Rules

This contest is open to the public and anyone is welcome to enter any vegetable or sunflower grown.

Check-in: Items must be brought between 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 22, 2010, to the contest site, located in the entertainment tent, inside the Ball Park. Chairperson of the contest is Joe Pearson.

New this year! Biggest Pumpkin Contest. All contests will be judged after 6:30 p.m., Thursday, September 23rd. All entries must be displayed until 5:00 p.m., Saturday, September 25, 2010. Please bring entries thoroughly cleaned.

NEW Contest for Cranberry Festival Visitors - Guess the weight of the biggest pumpkin. Winner will be announced during the parade Sunday, September 26, 2010.

2010 Flower Contest Rules

Categories:

1. Fresh Flower, Dried Floral, or Living Plant Arrangements
2. Silk Flower Arrangements
3. Imagination Arrangements (Fresh or Silk)
4. Cranberry Arrangements
5. Wreath/Any Type (Living, Silk, Fresh Cut, Dried)

To Enter:

All participants must have their arrangements at the Warrens Elementary School Gymnasium by 10 a.m., Friday, September 24, 2010.

2010 Scarecrow Contest Rules

This is an excellent project for school, daycares or other organizations. All you have to do is use your imagination.

Categories:
Most Unique: The most unusual or original Scarecrow.
Traditional: Design a traditional American Scarecrow that might watch over your garden.

To Enter: Please submit a written description of your entry on the back of the entry form. The Contest Chair and Committee reserve the right to not accept any Scarecrow which they feel may be offensive to the general public.

Please bring your Scarecrow to the Warrens Cranberry Festival Office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., the week of September 7-10, 2010. They will be displayed on light poles throughout Warrens, WI, during the 2010 Festival.
